Certificates of Certification Service Provider
Certification chains are official electronic signatures that should be installed on your computer, so that you are able to sign with your B-Trust signature.
The Root certificates are published by the Communications Regulation Commission in the Register of the providers of identification services. They are self-issued and self-signed by the Provider.
By the use of the root certificates are signed the other official certificates, as well as the relevant Certificate Revocation List (RootCA’s CRL).

Services the specialized structure introduced by the Provider for issuance of qualified electronic signature certificates. Signs the current Certificate Revocation Lists (CRL) issued by this basic certification authority.
B-Trust Root Advanced CA | DER | PEM | CRL |
Services the specialized structure introduced by the Provider for issuance of advanced electronic signature certificates, server certificates, information and software object certificates and application-specific electronic signature. Signs the current Certificate Revocation Lists (CRL) issued by this basic certification authority.
B-Trust Root CA Certificate | DER | PEM | CRL |
Services the specialized structure introduced by the Provider for issuance of qualified and advanced electronic signature certificates, server certificates, information and software object certificates and application-specific electronic signatures. Signs the current Certificate Revocation Lists (CRL) issued by this basic certification authority.
By the use of the Operational certificates are signed all signatures issued by B-Trust, as well as the relevant Certificate Revocation List (OperCA`s CRL).
B-Trust Operational Qualified CA | DER | PEM | CRL |
Services the specialized structure introduced by the Provider and signs certificates of qualified electronic signatures for end-users. Also signs the current Certificate Revocation Lists (CRL) issued and signed by this operational CA.
B-Trust Operational Advanced CA | DER | PEM | CRL |
Services the specialized structure introduced by the Provider and signs client certificates of: qualified electronic signatures, server certificates, information and software object certificates and application-specific electronic signatures. Also signs the current Certificate Revocation Lists (CRL) issued by this operational CA.
Operational CA QES | DER | PEM | CRL |
Services the specialized structure introduced by the Provider and signs certificates of qualified electronic signatures for end-users. Also signs the current Certificate Revocation Lists (CRL) issued and signed by this operational CA.
B-Trust Operational CA AES | DER | PEM | CRL |
Services the specialized structure introduced by the Provider and signs client certificates of: qualified electronic signatures, server certificates, information and software object certificates and application-specific electronic signatures. Also signs the current Certificate Revocation Lists (CRL) issued by this operational CA.
B-Trust Validation Authorities are used to verify the signatures signed with B-Trust certificates and validate their status: whether the electronic signature is valid at a definite period of time, whether it is temporarily suspended or terminated.
The Validation Authority certificates of the Provider has the same legal power as Qualified Electronic Signature certificates.

B-Trust Timestamp Authority signs the Timestamps issued by the Provider (Timestamp tokens/TST) of electronic documents, as requested by customers.
The Timestamp Authority certificates of the Provider has the same legal power as Qualified Electronic Signature certificates.
