ELECTRONIC IDENTIFICATION
Electronic identification is the process of using data in electronic form to identify individuals, which data represent an individual in a unique manner. It is used when onboarding new customers for loans, credit cards, opening bank accounts and other services. Customers are quickly, easily and conveniently identified remotely - just by mobile phone or through a special web application, depending on the technical solution you choose:
- Identification via the B-Trust Mobile app
The service enables a third party to identify a customer remotely by obtaining identification data about the latter. It is necessary for the customer to confirm the provision of personal data via the B-Trust Mobile App with the cloud-based qualified electronic signature already issued. As a result, the organisation requesting the identification from the customer receives an electronic identity certificate signed by the customer containing all the necessary data. The result of all checks and data collected within the identification process is provided in an automated format suitable for machine processing.
- Identification via a web browser on a mobile device or on a computer
The service is currently without analogue on Bulgarian market. It is suitable for users who do not want to commit to owning multiple applications of a different nature. The service enables a third party to identify a customer remotely by obtaining his/her identification data. As a result, the organization requesting the identification from the customer receives a signed Electronic Identity Certificate from the customer containing all the required data. The result of all checks and data collected within the identification process is provided in an automated format suitable for machine processing.
REMOTE SIGNING OF DOCUMENTS
- Mobile Signing with a cloud-based qualified electronic signature via the B-Trust Mobile app
The signature is issued remotely and provides a long-term means of authentication that can be used both for the purposes of the specific service being provided and subsequently for requesting other electronic services.
- Signing with a one-off cloud qualified electronic signature
The one-off electronic signature has a limited validity and is issued only for the purpose of one-time signing of electronic documents, after which it may not be used again. The signature is exempt from hardware, software or any other components and is issued after the user has undergone an identification process. To confirm issuance and signing with a one-time cloud-based qualified electronic signature, a PIN is sent via SMS to the mobile phone number provided by the User.
One-off e-signature signing is currently being implemented in projects with several pension companies, and a dedicated web portal has been developed for their needs, which provides the ability to electronically generate and sign by one-off e-signatures.
- Automated signing
The service is a mechanism for automated signing of documents without the need for PIN confirmation by the client. For this purpose, a consent request is sent to the Certificate Holder, who confirms and signs the request electronically by entering the PIN of the certificate. Based on the consent request signed by the certificate owner, the documents are sent for automated signing without the need for confirmation by the customer for each of them via the mobile application.
